I’m Desley Lodwick—Author, Speaker and Master Coach for developing practical wisdom.
My mission is to provide the unconventional support needed to progress through the persistent and resistant challenges that get in the way of a well-lived life and meaningful work.
My rich and varied background includes executive roles, board service, and entrepreneurship. Early on, I focused on coding, mathematics, and chemistry, ultimately becoming the Managing Director of a global IT security testing company by the turn of the century. Today, as co-founder of Aberrant Learning, I am at the forefront of cultivating wisdom through phronesis, the practical wisdom that guides leaders and teams towards excellence.
